From February 15 to March 15, 2026, this vibrant food and drink festival invites residents and visitors alike to explore the best dining experiences the Tri-Cities have to offer.
Our specially curated festival menu highlights seasonal ingredients and thoughtful preparation, available as a 2-course menu for $45 or a 3-course menu for $55. Begin with refined appetizers such as a Caprese Salad with herb-crusted young mozzarella or Champagne-baked oysters, continue with beautifully executed entrées including apple ale-glazed pork tenderloin, fig and bee pollen-glazed Fraser Valley duck breast, or skin-on BC salmon, and finish with classic desserts like cheesecake Xango or tiramisu cake.
